Real Faces, Real Summits

5,000+ trekkers have stood on these passes with us — and come back grinning. Here are a few of them.

The Mountains Changed Them. They'll Tell You How.

India's Greatest Trekking Landscapes

From the Garhwal Himalayas to the Dhauladhar wall in Kangra — each region has its own character, its own magic, its own challenge.

Every Season Opens a Different Door

India's mountains transform with the calendar. Snow treks in winter, wildflower meadows in monsoon, golden canopies in autumn — pick your chapter.

Winter Treks

December – February

Snow-laden trails, frozen lakes, and summit sunrises over white peaks. Winter treks in India are magical for those who don't mind the cold. The forests are quiet, the trails uncrowded, and the mountains wear their most dramatic face.

Why choose us

7 Reasons Why Explore Mountain

Every decision we make — from the route we pick to the dal we cook at 12,000 ft — comes down to one question: would we send our own family on this trek?

Trusted by trekkers from across India

Meet our team & our story
01

Certified Trek Leaders

Every guide holds wilderness first-aid certification and has logged 100+ days on the specific route they lead. No freelancers. No last-minute substitutions. Ever.

02

Medical-Grade Altitude Safety

Pulse oximeters in every group. Mandatory acclimatization days in every itinerary. We follow Himalayan Rescue Association protocols — not instinct.

03

Local-First Philosophy

Our porters, cooks, and local guides are from the villages we trek through. Their knowledge is generational, not Google-sourced. Routes scouted on foot — not copied from a blog.

04

Sustainable by Default

Every group carries its waste out — zero exceptions. We plant 1 tree per trekker with local forest departments. We limit batch sizes to protect fragile alpine meadows.

05

365-Day Trekker Support

Pre-trek WhatsApp groups go live 7 days before departure. Real-time check-ins on trail. Emergency contacts always live. We don't disappear after payment.

06

Women-Safe Batches

Dedicated women-only batches every season with female trek leaders. Solo women travellers consistently rate us their most trusted operator.

07

Fully Customised Treks

School groups, corporate teams, solo travellers — we build the itinerary around you. Custom dates, pace, dietary needs, and pickup points.

Everything You Need to Know Before You Go

Absolutely. We have several treks specifically designed for first-timers — Kedarkantha, Dayara Bugyal, and Har Ki Dun are all excellent starting points. Our guides are trained to work with beginners, and our itineraries include proper acclimatization. You don't need to be an athlete — if you can walk 8-10 km on flat ground, you can do a beginner trek with us.
For easy treks, you should be able to jog 3-5 km without stopping and climb 4-5 flights of stairs comfortably. For moderate treks, increase that to 5-8 km jogging and 8-10 flights. For challenging/difficult treks, you need dedicated cardiovascular training — we send a fitness guide 8 weeks before your trek date.
Full refund (minus processing fee) if cancelled 30+ days before departure. 50% refund for 15-29 days. No refund within 14 days — but you can transfer your booking to another person or another date at no extra charge. We recommend travel insurance for added protection.
Safety is non-negotiable. If our guides determine conditions are unsafe, we modify the itinerary — shorter days, alternate routes, or extended stays at safe camps. In rare cases we turn back. We've never had a serious weather-related incident because we don't gamble with mountain weather.
We send a detailed packing list specific to your trek 2 weeks before departure. Generally: layered clothing, waterproof jacket, trekking shoes, personal medications, sunscreen, and a good backpack. We provide all camping gear, sleeping bags, and technical equipment.
Yes. About 40% of our trekkers are solo women. Our groups are diverse and respectful, our guides are vetted and trained on inclusive practices, and we have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment. We also have women trek leaders on several routes.
Each trek page lists the nearest railway station or airport. We arrange pickup and drop for most treks (included in the cost). For treks from Dehradun, Manali, or Srinagar, we provide detailed travel guidance and help coordinate group transport.
Our itineraries are designed with proper acclimatization — we never rush altitude gain. All guides carry pulse oximeters and are trained to recognize early AMS symptoms. Oxygen cylinders are available on treks above 12,000 ft. We brief every group on AMS awareness before the trek begins.
